So, judging by how little I update, you might have guessed that the primary purpose of my account here at DeviantArt is to watch the real talent and to keep a favorites list. And that guess would be right.

I have a bunch of old scans that I may or may not put up in the semi-near future. But for now, at least, the account will serve its new purpose - not to show off my attempts at art, but to enable me to enjoy that of others.

Wow, I had no idea how dependent I was on internet access at home, until I left! And since I won't be back until almost September, I guess I'll just have to deal with not submitting anything here, only checking e-mail once a day (gah!), hanging from the rafters of the Station Eight CR and not really taking part in the discussions ... life sucks without internet!

Anyway, have fun in real life while I do the same.

Just ordered my copy of the comic. I had forgotten that it even came out today, and then an innocent e-mail from SLG thrust me into an ecstatic screaming fit.

Well, I finally added some new stuff to the profile, including a poem and a watercolor completed in February. Hope ya'll like 'em!

I humbly submit my sketches and such to the deviantART community. Be kind, since I don't really consider myself an artist. I fell in love with Gargoyles about ten years ago, which spawned all sorts of creativity demons that are just starting to wake up again. I'm now a classical singer (opera and such-like), but who knows - maybe I still have something to say in visual art.
